Brenda also has education in Toltec wisdom, shamanism, hypnosis, and yoga Nidra meditation. Her work focuses on helping women connect with their inner knowing and the energy of the world around them.

Brenda believes that the world is undergoing major changes, and the way forward is being led by deeply intuitive women who understand that healing comes from connecting with nature and nurturing their intuitive energetic selves.
